How to Help Your Man Look and Feel Better

It"s never too early to start planning for the summer. Whether you"re ready to be whisked away to a tropical island, go for a cross-country drive, or just enjoy the weather in your favorite skimpy outfits, you know that the one thing that"s common between all those things is that you"ll want to be looking your best. Even more important, and perhaps even more challenging, may be motivating your man to plan ahead as well, but there are some surefire ways to help him look and feel better so that he"s ready in time as well.

Stop Hair Fading

We love summer! Everyone"s so much happier and nicer to one another ð€“ we actually experienced the miracle of someone offering us a seat on the Tube during our recent heatwave ð€“ shock horror!  It"s something about the sun beating down on our lily-white flesh, slowly toasting it golden brown  (un-PC we know! We do slather on factor 30 first!) and the introduction of colour and florals into our wardrobes that just puts a bounce in our step. However, all that summer sun ð€“ and we"re definitely not complaining!  ð€“ plays absolute havoc with our hair colour. We won"t go into the technicalities of colour molecules being broken down by UV radiation etc.  but needless to say lovely rich brunettes can turn a reddy, brassy colour and blondes can turn straw-like if not properly cared for.

How To Apply Fake Tan To The Back Of Your Hands

The simplest way is to use a self tanning mitt. Use the mitt initially to apply the self tan all over the body. The mitt will hold a certain amount of the self tan lotion within the sponge÷ - enough so that after you"ve finished applying tan to your body you"ll have enough left in it to brush over the backs of your hands and give them a nice light natural looking colour without any streaks. Be careful on the dry areas (such as the knuckles) that you don"t apply too much pressure as by doing so may mean too much tan is absorbed resulting in too dark a tan developing in these areas alone.

If you don"t have a self tanning mitt, try putting a small amount of self tanner on the back on one of your hands, then gently rub the backs of both hands together in circular motions watching that the lotion absorbs evenly and covers all the desired places.

These methods will help ensure your hands develop the same colour as the rest of your body and you have a natural-looking all-over tan.
